Your role

In this role, you will do the main tasks below:

• Coordinate the Initiation of KM8 Factory: Focus on the Assembly operational setup of tooling during the startup phase.
• Drive and Execute Strategies for Ongoing Enhancements: Throughout the initial phase of floor operations.
• Support room set up for KuAT8 Assembly 10K area - focus on tooling and maintenance room, ensure meeting Intel safety and quality expectations.
• Support and implement initiatives for continual engineering implementations.
• Involved in assisting the Assembly Engineering team to set up engineering systems of record. Bridge with the central system team to enable the equipment health indicator(dashboard) to reflect the new factory environment.
• Assist in mining for IDM2.0 initiatives together with the larger organizational team.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel also applies flexible working hours, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered.

About you

The qualifications you will need for this role:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrating analytical abilities, resourcefulness, and effective teamwork, especially in team project management.
• Proactive, dedicated, innovative, and adept at quick problem-solving.
