Training & development 

In general, Intel provides its employees with various training and development programs. The company’s internal training organization is called IDL and it offers over 7,000 courses that cover job development, and personal and career growth. Intel University also offers more opportunities worldwide. In addition to creating and presenting new courses, the company constantly reviews course content to ensure that its programs are up-to-date and that they are creating a learning environment that is conducive to the success of each learner.

Work-life balance

The regular office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday and for the shift, working hours will be 12 hours (7 am to 7 pm). However, Intel applies flexible working hours as well, so you can work within flexible hours as long as the work is well delivered.

About you

To be eligible for applying to this role, you need to have the following qualifications:

  • CGPA of 3.0 and above or equivalent
  • Open to Year 3 students taking Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering or Science equivalent.
  • Positions based in Bayan Lepas, Penang or Kulim, Kedah.
