Your role

You will be part of the team that plays a critical role in assessing the current market landscape, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and evaluating new technologies. The team works closely with other business units to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and collaboration. By closely monitoring industry developments and emerging trends, the team helps to anticipate changes and opportunities to help the firm stay ahead of the curve.

As an Intern, your responsibilities include:

  • Support in composing economic / market write up / developing thought leadership publications / internal communications and client proposals
  • Support in managing day-to-day firm-wide research requests utilizing economic research tools like Bloomberg, Factiva, Emerging Market Information Service (EMIS), CTOS, etc.
  • Provide research and analytical support in determining business opportunities in relation to topics such as sustainability and digital 
  • Monitor and track news stories and social media postings relevant to the firm and its competitors

About you

Requirements for this internship: 

  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Pursuing a degree in any related field of study - however, applicants with a degree in Business or Economics or currently pursuing a degree in Business or Economics will have an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Applicants must be able to undergo an internship placement for a minimum duration of 3 months
  • Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Strong attention to detail and eager to learn
