• Minimum Academic Requirement: Pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience
• Demonstrate the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
